Plan B

As you may remember I poster THIS on February 8th...well lets just say that the reason I haven't kept up with my Monday post is because well I really haven't been doing much. A week after I posted this I pulled a muscle in my back and was unable to do anything for two weeks then after that I have been scared to run or do the Kettleworx DVD because I don't want to injure my back again. Mostly this is just mental because I don't have any pain but the "what if's" just keep running threw my head.

Well it is time to suck it up! Get over it! And get my butt back working out!

My friend and I agreed that once we each lost 20 pounds we would be allowed to get new tattoos, well she reached her 20 pounds this past week so now I need to kick my butt into gear! I have lost 5 since I last posted at the beginning of February and would like to lose the next 15 by Mother's Day when we are doing our first race of the season!

The plan is pretty much the same with a few little tweaks:

Monday: Kettleworx core workout with Jason before work
Tuesday: lunch work out with my trainer
Wednesday: Kettleworx core workout with Jason before work
Thursday: lunch work out with my traine
Friday: Kettleworx core workout with Jason before work
I am also going to run at least twice a week but hopefully three times. The month of April is super busy at work so I will just have to see what I can fit in where!

Again, my goal is to post every Monday an update from the last week about my workouts for the week as well as my weight loss.
